My son has been getting his hair cut here for 9 years. The experience was always good until recently. The stylists have changed and the service has gone downhill. Today my son was asking for a different cut than he has ever had before. They cut his hair how we asked, but he decided he didn?t like it. When we asked to have it recut they got nasty and refused. We were even willing to schedule a new appointment and pay for a second cut. Even though they could have taken him in an hour they got angry that we didn?t like it. They were so rude that I?ll never go back.
